These messages are used solely for customer care and appointment-related communication. Messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, appointment updates, missed or canceled appointment follow-up, rescheduling assistance, and other communications directly related to a previously requested fiber internet installation appointment.  

Arka Fiber obtains SMS consent verbally during the appointment scheduling process. We do not send appointment-related SMS messages unless the customer has voluntarily provided their mobile phone number and agreed to receive these messages.

When a customer requests or schedules a fiber installation appointment by phone or in person, an Arka Fiber representative or authorized scheduling representative may ask for the customer's mobile phone number for appointment-related communications.

"With your permission, Arka Fiber may send you text messages regarding your fiber installation appointment, including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, appointment updates, missed or canceled appointment follow-up, and rescheduling assistance. Message frequency may vary depending on your appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service."

Only after the customer verbally agrees to receive these appointment-related text messages does Arka Fiber send SMS communications to the provided mobile phone number.

If a customer does not consent, no appointment-related SMS messages are sent.

This SMS program is used exclusively for customer care and appointment-related communications.

Arka Fiber does not send promotional, advertising, or marketing text messages through this SMS program. Messages are limited to appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, appointment updates, scheduling assistance, installation support, and other communications necessary to fulfill the customer's requested appointment.

Message frequency varies depending on the customer's appointment status and support needs. Most customers can expect to receive only the number of messages reasonably necessary to schedule, confirm, update, or complete their fiber installation appointment.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Arka Fiber at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. No additional SMS messages will be sent through this appointment messaging program unless you later request assistance or provide new consent.
